Abstract:
A device for treating high-grease food processing wastewater, which relates to the field of wastewater treatment in food processing. The device comprises a support base (1), an impurity-filtering assembly, which is movably arranged on an inner side of the support base (1), a water guide plate (2), which is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the support base (1), a tensioning assembly, which is fixedly arranged above the water guide plate (2), and a water purification device, which is fixedly arranged at a water output end of the water guide plate (2), wherein the water guide plate (2) is obliquely arranged; the impurity-filtering assembly is used to remove impurities from wastewater in a timely manner, and is subjected to a low water pressure per unit area; the tensioning assembly is used to tension the impurity-filtering assembly, and also suck and remove wastewater attached to the impurity-filtering assembly; and the impurity-filtering assembly comprises a roller (3), which is movably arranged on the inner side of the support base (1). In the device, the wastewater is filtered by means of a filter cloth (4), and the filter cloth (4) moves. The service life of the filter cloth (4) is extended, the impurities are not prone to attaching to the filter cloth (4), and can be completely removed in a timely manner, and the problem of filter holes being blocked due to impurity accumulation is avoided, thereby facilitating and ensuring the filtration efficiency.
