Abstract:
A device for removing dust from flue gas using water mist, comprising a frame (6), a water tank (11), a conical flask (16), and a filter tank (18); wherein supports (9) are mounted on the bottom of the frame (6); a partition plate (12) is mounted between the supports (9); the water tank (11) is mounted on the upper end of the partition plate (12); a high-pressure water pump (10) is mounted on one side of the water tank (11) and is connected to the filter tank (18) by means of a water pipe (8); the filter tank (18) is connected to the conical flask (16) by means of an overflow pipe (17); the filter tank (18) and the conical flask (16) are located in the frame (6); the conical flask (16) is fixedly connected to a dust inlet (15); and the dust inlet (15) extends out of the frame (6). By mounting the conical flask (16), flue dust and harmful substances in the air are separated under the action of a centrifugal force; the separated harmful substances and flue dust particles enter a collecting bag (20) along the conical flask (16), air enters the filter tank (18) along the overflow pipe (17), and secondary dust removal is performed by means of the filter tank (18).
