Abstract:
A device for preparing a bioactive peptide. The device comprises a preparation box (1) mounted on a supporting frame body, wherein a net cover (2) having two ends in communication with each other is fixedly mounted in the preparation box (1), a plurality of mounting rods (5) are mounted in the preparation box (1) by means of sliding supporting components, a plurality of mixing rods (6) are fixedly mounted on each mounting rod (5), a mounting block (9) is fixedly mounted outside the net cover (2) by means of a plurality of cross rods I (8), a stirring plate (14) is mounted between two corresponding mounting blocks (9) by means of a rotating shaft (10), and transmission structures are mounted between the plurality of mounting rods (5) and a plurality of gears I (13); a plurality of stop blocks (15) are fixedly mounted at the bottom of the net cover (2), a servo motor (16) is fixedly mounted on a lower end face of the preparation box (1), a shaft body (17) is fixedly mounted at a driving end of the servo motor (16), an inner gear ring II (19) is jointly and fixedly mounted between the plurality of mounting rods (5), and a gear II (18) engaged with the inner gear ring II (19) is fixedly mounted on the shaft body (17); a lead screw (20) is rotatably mounted in the preparation box (1), a gear III (21) engaged with the gear II (18) is fixedly mounted on the lead screw (20), and a mesh plate (23) is mounted on the lead screw (20) by means of a ball nut (22); and a square rod (24) is fixedly mounted at an upper end of the lead screw (20), a circular hole is formed in an upper end of the preparation box (1), a vertical rod (27) is mounted on the square rod (24) by means of a linkage assembly, a scraping rod (28) is fixedly mounted at a lower end of the vertical rod (27), and a discharging pipe (33) provided with a valve is in fixed communication with the preparation box (1).
