Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device and a method for predicting the risk of disease incidence by using the presence/absence of a single nucleotide polymorphism and a monogenic variation in an individual. The device and the method for predicting the risk of disease incidence of an individual, of one aspect, reflect both the scores of the risk of a monogenic variant of which a causal relationship is clear on the basis of the genetic information of the individual but which rarely occurs, and the polygenic risk of which the association is not as high as that of the monogenic variant but which frequently occurs, and thus can predict the risk of disease incidence on the basis of more accurate genetic risks.
