Title:
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING OPTIMAL CLEANING CYCLE OF SCREEN PRINTER, AND RECORDING MEDIUM ON WHICH INSTRUCTIONS ARE RECORDED
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/072172
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A technology for determining an optimal cleaning cycle of a screen printer is disclosed. A device according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises one or more processors, and one or more memories for storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, allow the one or more processors to perform a calculation, wherein the one or more processors determine, on the basis of at least one indicator indicating the state of a solder paste printed on a plurality of circuit boards, a plurality of anomaly scores indicating the printing quality for each of the plurality of circuit boards, generate, on the basis of the plurality of anomaly scores, prediction data indicating the degree to which the printing quality of an Nth circuit board is deteriorated when N number of circuit boards are sequentially printed without cleaning of a screen printer, and determine a cleaning cycle on the basis of the prediction data and the amount of resources consumed when the screen printer is cleaned, wherein the cleaning cycle can correspond to the number of circuit boards printed by means of the screen printer after cleaning of the screen printer and before the next cleaning thereof.
