Abstract:
A device and method for controlling ammonia escape of an ammonia-based decarbonization system. Ammonia is used as desulfurization and decarbonization agents. Gas first enters a desulfurization device to be subjected to desulfurization, so as to generate an ammonium sulfate chemical fertilizer; the desulfurized gas enters a decarbonization device to remove carbon dioxide in the gas, thereby generating an ammonium bicarbonate chemical fertilizer. The decarbonized gas contains free ammonia, and an acidic ammonium sulfate solution and an acidic water washing solution in an ammonia-based desulfurization method are used to absorb the free ammonia in the gas. According to the device and the method, ammonia escape of the ammonia-based decarbonization system is effectively controlled, and moreover, the ammonia recycled by washing can further be used for desulfurization, and the ammonia consumption is saved.
