Abstract:
A device for assisting a CCTV pipeline robot with escaping from a hole and for recycling same, the device comprising a platform assembly and an airbag jacking system, wherein the airbag jacking system comprises an inflation pump (1), an inflation pipe (2), an inflation connecting port (3) and an inflation airbag (4); and the platform assembly comprises an airbag carrying platform (5), stop rod fixing blocks (6), upper clamping plates (7), lower baffles (8), gears (9) and torsion springs (10), two stop rod fixing blocks (6) being welded onto each of two side faces of the airbag carrying platform (5), the two stop rod fixing blocks (6) on the same side face being connected to one upper clamping plate (7) and one lower clamping plate (8), each of two ends of each steel rod being connected to one gear (9), the gears (9) on the upper clamping plate (7) and the lower clamping plate (8) being engaged in pairs, and the torsion springs (10) being sleeved on the upper clamping plates (7). By means of inflating an airbag to jack a robot (11) to escape from a hole formed due to a collapse, safety risks during open excavation and operations in confined spaces are avoided, the construction time and costs are saved on, and the efficiency of CCTV pipeline detection is improved. The invention further relates to a method for assisting a CCTV pipeline robot with escaping from a hole and for recycling same.
