Abstract:
A device for manufacturing textured vegetable protein, according to the present invention, comprises: a feeding part for feeding a raw material; and an extrusion molding unit for extruding the textured vegetable protein by pressing the raw material supplied from the feeding part, wherein the extrusion molding unit includes: a housing extending in one direction; a single screw arranged inside the housing; a driving unit arranged at one side of the housing so as to provide rotary force to the single screw; and an extrusion die arranged at the other side of the housing, and formed such that the textured vegetable protein is extruded by the rotation of the single screw.
