Abstract:
A guide member is provided so as to pass through between a first axis and a second axis formed by repeatedly arranging two blades facing each other and a space, to guide diagnostic reagent paper to be cut. Therefore, by forming the section, through which the diagnostic reagent paper passes, in a rectangular shape, the diagnostic reagent paper can be cut accurately into strips without defects in the cut strips such as bending or twisting. Further, by forming guide protrusions, which are formed on a guide member supporting a soft layer from among two guide members, along the entire length in the width direction of the guide member so as to come into line-contact with the diagnostic reagent paper, the guide protrusions do not press too hard against the soft layer and allow the reagent paper to move smoothly, and thus the diagnostic reagent paper is cut in a neat, desired form with reduced defects.
