Abstract:
Provided is a device for crushing and grinding kitchen waste, the device comprising an upper housing (1), a lower housing (2) and a fixed knife disc (3), wherein the interior of the upper housing (1) and the interior of the lower housing (2) form a working chamber; a top end of the upper housing (1) is provided with a feed port (11); the bottom of the lower housing (2) is provided with a waste discharge port (21); the fixed knife disc (3) is fixed in the working chamber and divides the working chamber into a crushing chamber and a grinding chamber; an upper surface of the fixed knife disc (3) is provided with a first serrated cutter head (31), and a lower surface thereof is provided with a first grinding face (32); a movable knife disc (4) is arranged in the crushing chamber; upper and lower surfaces of the movable knife disc (4) are provided with second serrated cutter heads (41); the first cutter head (31) and the second cutter head (41) on the lower surface of the movable knife disc (4) are arranged in a staggered manner; a movable grinding disc (5) is arranged in the grinding chamber; an upper surface of the movable grinding disc (5) is provided with a second grinding face (51); a second gap is formed between the first grinding face (32) and the second grinding face (51); the top end of the upper housing (1) is provided with a first driving motor (6), which drives drive the rotation of the movable knife disc (4); and the bottom of the lower housing (2) is provided with a second driving motor (7), which drives drive the rotation of the movable grinding disc (5). With the device, a grinding treatment can be carried out on kitchen waste after same is crushed a second time, so as to obtain small crushed waste particles.
