Abstract:
The device is intended for removing water under high pressure from a water conduit and for discharging the water at the low pressure required for delivery and can be used in industry, in cleaning systems and in geo-technology. The technical result of the proposed utility model is a reduction in the overall dimensions and in the weight of the device while the force being applied to a valve is increased, and also an increase in reliability. The technical result is achieved in that the device for controlling a water flow, comprising a valve which is connected to a water supply pipe, a (fillable) tank, a mechanism for transmitting the weight of the tank to the valve, and a water drainage device, is characterized in that the mechanism for transmitting the weight of the tank to the valve is formed in such a manner that the weight of the water filling the tank leads to closure of the valve.
