Abstract:
A device control method and apparatus, which are used for improving the success rate of a control device controlling a controlled device. The method comprises: a control device generating a PLC control instruction according to n target controlled devices, wherein the PLC control instruction comprises k bits, assigned values of n bits corresponding to the n target controlled devices among the k bits are a first preset value, and assigned values of bits among the k bits other than the n bits are a second preset value; and the control device broadcasting the PLC control instruction, and each controlled device determining, according to the assigned value of the bit corresponding to the controlled device in the PLC control instruction, whether the controlled device is a target controlled device, wherein n and m are positive integers, k is a preset integer greater than or equal to m, the n target controlled devices are n controlled devices among m controlled devices, and a wired connection between the control device and each of the m controlled devices is realized by means of a PLC technique.
