Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a device and construction method for quickly positioning a steel pipe pile. The device comprises a trestle and a Bailey beam guide frame, and further comprises guide limiting mechanisms arranged at joints between the Bailey beam guide frame and the trestle and used for making the Bailey beam guide frame rotate in a transverse trestle direction of the trestle, and a positioning mechanism arranged on the Bailey beam guide frame and moving in a forward trestle direction of the Bailey beam guide frame to position a steel pipe pile and keep same in a vertical state all the time. In the device and construction method for quickly positioning a steel pipe pile, by means of the guide limiting mechanism making the Bailey beam guide frame rotate in the transverse trestle direction of the trestle, by means of the positioning mechanism positioning the steel pipe pile and keeping the steel pipe pile in the vertical state all the time, and by means of using a method for conveying the steel pipe pile to a predetermined pile position and controlling the verticality of the steel pipe pile to ensure that the steel pipe pile vertically sinks during vibratory sinking, the problem whereby when existing steel pipe pile guide frames are mounted and positioned, a lifting apparatus needs to be used to continuously adjust the positions of the guide frames, thereby likely causing positioning difficulties, low positioning precision and inaccurate positioning is solved.
