Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a device for connecting joints of a multi-axis robot, comprising a robot joint base, a butt-joint ring, a connecting shaft, and fasteners. The butt-joint ring is mounted on the bottom surface of the robot joint base by means of fasteners; the inner end surface of an inner cavity of the butt-joint ring is parallel to the bottom surface of the robot joint base; the connecting shaft is mounted at an output end of the robot joint base by means of fasteners; the end surface of a butt-joint end of the connecting shaft is parallel to the end surface of the output end of the robot joint base. The present utility model is simple in structure, convenient to mount, capable of achieving zero-clearance connection between adjacent joints, and capable of effectively preventing a situation where the accuracy of a multi-axis robot system is affected due to additional torque errors caused by position deviation, thereby guaranteeing that accurate axial length and connection angle data of all axes are obtained and then introduced into calculation optimization implemented by a robot control scheme according to a calibration result.
