Abstract:
A device for automatically slicing the caps of shiitake mushrooms, the device comprising a feeding hopper, a box body, a slicing blade, a conveying belt, a driving belt wheel, and a driven belt wheel. After shiitake mushrooms are manually added into the feeding hopper, a fan-shaped containing hopper on a rotating shaft at the lower end of the feeding hopper is used for clockwise rotation, a portion of the mushroom caps that have fallen at a circular discharge guide port is picked up, and the mushroom caps are overturned onto the conveying belt, thereby preventing the mushroom caps from being crushed during manual feeding and the rotation of a conventional rolling shaft, thus ensuring the integrity and appearance of the mushroom caps. Then, bristles are used to spread the shiitake mushrooms on the conveyor belt, and the shiitake mushrooms sequentially enter a feeding conveyor belt, thereby preventing the shiitake mushrooms from bouncing or having mushroom caps stuck inside during slicing. At the same time, the feeding conveyor belt and the conveyor belt are set to the same rotational speed, thus preventing one end from rotating too fast and the outside of the mushroom caps from being worn, which affects the appearance. When slicing, a dual-axis electric motor is used to drive a rocking rod to rotate, and a sliding block connected to the lower end of a crank slides on a guide rail, such that a blade extends and retracts. By means of adjusting the rotational speed of the dual-axis motor, the reciprocating motion of the blade is accelerated or slowed down to control the thickness of the mushroom caps.
