Abstract:
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a device for adapting to use of a cartridge. After a sample solution and a reagent are pre-placed in a plurality of cavities of the cartridge, movable members are built in for sealing. Each cavity is independently controlled by a switch valve to achieve the on-off of at least one liquid path. The liquid path is used for transferring and guiding out liquid. The device comprises: a liquid path on-off module used for controlling the opening or closing of the switch valves; and a liquid driving module used for being matched with the movable members to achieve the transferring of the liquid in the cartridge when the switch valves are in an open state. According to the above technical scheme, the cartridge is configured to be a sealed system, the sample solution and the reagent are subjected to the processes of transferring, mixing, sample extraction, detection, and the like in the cartridge, and the whole process is not in contact with the external environment, so as to avoid being polluted by the external environment. Therefore, the device is particularly suitable for nucleic acid extraction or other sample extraction and detection application scenarios where pollution is easily caused by the external environment, and the automation of the described whole process is achieved.
