Abstract:
A pair of latch members 36R, 36L within a case 20C protrude from the outer surface of the case 20C by means of a spring 38. When the case 20C is inserted through a wall hole 22H, the latch members 36R, 36L are retracted by the engagement between outer edge (guiding) sloped surfaces 36ROI, 36LOI and the wall hole 22H. Then, when the case 22C has passed through the wall hole 22H, the latch members 36R, 36L are expanded by the spring 38, engagement sloped surfaces 36RLI, 36LLI engage with the wall hole 22H, and the latch members 36R, 36L, together with the flange 20FL of the case 22C, temporarily hold the case 22C in a wall 22. After that, a screw 32 is tightened to pull a nut 34 toward the flange 20FL to firmly engage the latch members 36R, 36L, which are held by the nut 34, with the wall hole 22H, thereby finally mounting the case 20C in the wall 22.
