A detachable electronic device. The electronic device comprises a first part (12) on which a first docking structure (100) is disposed and a second part (14) on which a second docking structure (200) is disposed. The first docking structure comprises a first base (110), and a gear (120), a hook (130), a first rack (140), a second rack (150), a first magnetic member (160), and an elastic member (170) that are mounted on the first base; the first rack is located on one side of the gear, and the second rack is on the other side of the gear; the hook is disposed on one side of the second rack and faces the second docking structure; and the first magnetic member is disposed on one side of the first rack and faces the second docking structure. The second docking structure comprises a second magnetic member (220) and a second base (210). When the first part is docked to the second part, the first magnetic member pushes the first rack away from the second part, the gear rotates and drives the second rack closer to the second part, and the hook extends and is accommodated in a docking slot. After the detachable connection between the first part and the second part is removed, the elastic member pushes the second rack, which makes the hook retract back into the first base.
