Abstract:
Provided is a detachable anti-disassembly nut assembly, comprising an anti-loosening bolt (1) and a grooved nut (2). The anti-loosening bolt (1) comprises a wrenching head (11), and a shank (12) fixedly connected to the wrenching head (11), wherein the shank (12) is provided with a variable-diameter bolt structure and a bolt bottom (17); the wrenching head (11), the shank (12), the variable-diameter bolt structure and the bolt bottom (17) are fixedly connected to each other in sequence; and the outer side of the bolt bottom (17) is provided with an external thread (16). The grooved nut (2) comprises an external wrenching structure (21) corresponding to the variable-diameter bolt structure, and a nut bottom (28), wherein the external wrenching structure (21) is fixedly connected to the nut bottom (28); the inner side of the nut bottom (28) is provided with an internal thread (27) corresponding to the external thread (16); and several groove structures (22) are provided in the external wrenching structure (21) along the circumference thereof. In the detachable anti-disassembly nut assembly, the grooved nut (2) does not naturally get loose under the conditions such as general vibrations, such that the connection reliability is guaranteed, and the structural disassembly caused by nut loosening can be effectively prevented. The detachable anti-disassembly nut assembly is safe and reliable.
