Abstract:
The present invention relates to a design method and a manufacturing method for a multi-connected planetary gear change-speed mechanism and a gear change-speed mechanism. Gear alignment of a planetary gear set is designed using a specific calculation mode, and positioning and assembling are performed on the planetary gear set in combination with different machining modes, so that an assembly condition limitation of the multi-connected planetary gear change-speed mechanism is broken through, an assembled and manufactured multi-connected planetary gear change-speed mechanism can obtain different speed ratios according to different transmission requirements, and an application of the multi-connected planetary gear change-speed mechanism is expanded.
