Abstract:
A deep groove ball bearing having a separated-type retaining cage, which comprises an outer race (2), an inner race (1), steel balls, an upper cage body (3), a bearing cage (4), and a lower cage body (5); the bearing cage (4) is provided with pockets (41); connection platforms are provided on the bearing cage (4); first insertion slots (42) and second insertion slots (43) are formed on two sides of the connection platforms; connection slots (44) are formed at bottom surfaces of the pockets (41); a lubricant storage cavity is formed on the upper cage body (3), and positioning protruding edges (31) are formed at openings of the lubricant storage cavity; the positioning protruding edges (31) are inserted into and match with the connection slots (44); the lower cage body (5) is provided with arc-shaped slots (51) at locations corresponding to the pockets (41); connection seats are formed on the lower cage body (5) between the arc-shaped slots (51), first insertion blocks (52) and second insertion blocks (53) are arranged on the connection seats, the first insertion blocks (52) insert into and match with the first insertion slots (42), the second insertion blocks (53) insert into and match with the second insertion slots (43), and positioning blocks are arranged at end portions of the first insertion blocks (52) and the second insertion blocks (53); and positioning holes (32) into which the positioning blocks are inserted are provided on the upper cage body (3).
