Abstract:
A debounce button and preparation method for same, the button being formed of a rubber substrate (4) and metal contacts (1, 2, 3) having a three-layered structure; a layer of tin alloy or lead alloy (3) is plated on the surface of the metal contacts by electroplating or electroless plating; the tin alloy or lead alloy plated metal contacts have good resistance to contact bounce and electrical arc ablation, and the metal contacts can be further compositely moulded with rubber to prepare a debounce rubber button.
