Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a data storage method and apparatus for a digital steel coil system. The method comprises: providing a semi-structured data model, which is used for expressing digital steel coil information, and establishing in a database a one-to-one correspondence between a digital steel coil table and the semi-structured data model, wherein the data structure of the semi-structured data model comprises: ID fields, serial numbers of working procedure numbers, serial numbers of steel coil numbers, serial numbers of process parameters, and detailed information of the process parameters; establishing a working procedure information table, a steel coil number information table and a parameter information table in the database; acquiring production information to form digital steel coils, wherein each digital steel coil comprises a working procedure number, a steel coil number, the name of the process parameter, and detailed information of the process parameter; and assigning unique IDs to the digital steel coils, and correspondingly storing the IDs and the digital steel coil information in the digital steel coil table, the working procedure information table, the steel coil number information table and the parameter information table. By using the method of the present invention for storing digital steel coils, the storage space can be greatly reduced, and the increasing data storage requirement of the digital steel coils can be met.
