Abstract:
A data information storage method based on recombinant plasmid DNA molecules. A recombinant plasmid library is composed of universal information storage DNA recombinant plasmids, and the plasmids in the plasmid library record, by using core information sequences between base linkers, base sequences for recording information. The recombinant plasmid library can be repeatedly applied to the storage of different data information in a DNA molecule medium, and once the recombinant plasmid library is prepared, same can be called multiple times, such that the proportion of chemical synthesis is reduced, thereby realizing more economical, faster and greener DNA data storage.
