Abstract:
Provided are a data backup method and apparatus. When a main AC is newly associated with an AP, the main AC automatically sends AP configuration information of the newly associated AP to a standby AC through a connection between the main AC and the standby AC, and when the AP configuration information sent when the main AC is newly associated with the AP is received, the standby AC locally records the received AP configuration information, and thus, the AP configuration information is automatically synchronized to the standby AC from the main AC. Further, when the main AC updates the locally recorded AP configuration information, the main AC synchronizes an update instruction and an AP ID allocated to the updated AP configuration information to the standby AC in real time.
