Abstract:
This damping valve (V1) comprises: a partition wall (2) that is annular and has an annular outer peripheral valve seat (2c) inserted into a cylinder (1) to be radially positioned only by the cylinder, and protruding in the axial direction from one axial end (2b), and a port (2d) provided to the inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral valve seat (2c); a valve stopper (3) having an annular inner peripheral valve seat (3c) opposing the one end (2b) of the partition wall (2) and having a smaller outer diameter than the outer peripheral valve seat (2c); and an annular leaf valve (4) which is interposed between the outer peripheral valve seat (2c) and the inner peripheral valve seat (3c), and for which is set an inward and outward double swing door for opening/closing the port (2d), wherein the partition wall (2) includes an alignment part (2e) that aligns the leaf valve (4) relative to the outer peripheral valve seat (2c).
