After the damping between the first base (2) and the second base (4) is properly adjusted under the cooperation of the first adjusting assembly (5) and the second adjusting assembly (6), the rocker arms (002, 003) in the rocker arm mechanism provided with the damping structure (001) can be kept at a specific angle, the angles of the rocker arms (002, 003) in the rocker arm mechanism can be adjusted under the action of external force, and after the angles are adjusted, the damping structure (001) can keep the rocker arms (002, 003) of the rocker arm mechanism at these angles.
