Abstract:
Provided is a damper spring having an excellent fatigue limit. The damper spring according to the present embodiment has a chemical composition comprising, in % by mass, 0.50 to 0.80% of C, 1.20 or more and less than 2.50% of Si, 0.25 to 1.00% of Mn, 0.020% or less of P, 0.020% or less of S, 0.40 to 1.90% of Cr, 0.05 to 0.60% of V, 0.0100% or less of N, and a remainder comprising Fe and impurities, and has a number density of V-based precipitates each having a maximum diameter of 2 to 10 nm of 5000 to 80000 particles/μm3.
