Abstract:

A damper element of a bearing disposed between a rotating body and a support body, comprising a slit formed between the inner and outer surfaces of a tubular body fixed to the support body and a viscous fluid charged in the slit. The slit extends in the approximately circumferential direction of the tubular body. The tubular body is a part such as the outer ring or the inner ring of the bearing, a slide bearing, and a collar holding the bearing.
