[Problem] To provide a damper device that includes a stopper that has enhanced performance. [Solution] A damper device includes: a first rotational body (100) including a first plate (100A) that rotates around a rotational axis (O) and a second plate (100B) that rotates integrally with the first plate around the rotational axis; and a second rotational body (200) including an engaging part (208) that causes an elastic mechanism (300) disposed between the first rotational body and the engaging part to expand/contract, rotates relative to the first rotational body around the rotational axis, and protrudes at a peripheral edge. The first plate includes a first constriction portion (120) recessed toward the second plate from a first main surface (140) of the first plate. The second plate includes a second constriction portion (150) that is recessed toward the first constriction portion from a second main surface (170) of the second plate and that is fixed to the first constriction portion by a fastening member. At least one of the constriction portions contacts the engaging part of the second rotational body that rotates relative to the first rotational body, and restricts the rotation of the second rotational body that causes the elastic mechanism to contract.
