Abstract:
Provided is a damper device the outer shape of which can be simplified and reduced in size so that there can be further variety with respect to installation sites. A damper device 100 is constituted by a rotary damper. A compensation device accommodation section 110 is formed in a housing body 102 that constitutes a housing 101. The compensation device accommodation section 110 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape extending in the axial direction of a bottomed cylindrical working fluid accommodation section 103 that is formed inside the housing body 102. The compensation device accommodation section 110 is configured to have an external air surface 112 that protrudes out of the housing body 102 and that is exposed to the outside, and a working fluid surface 113 that protrudes into the working fluid accommodation section 103. In this case, the compensation device accommodation section 110 is formed in a state extending between a fixed vane 104 and an accommodation section wall surface 103b in each of a compartment R1 and a compartment R4 among four compartments R1-R4 that partition the inside of the working fluid accommodation section 103.
