Abstract:
Provided is a damper device by which a sufficient damping force can be obtained using a simple structure which uses an annular elastic member. This damper device 10 has an annular elastic member 50. One member is provided with a support section 40, and the other member is provided with a pair of facing walls 65, 65. The annular elastic member 50 is mounted on the outer periphery of the support section 40. In this mounted state, portions of the inner periphery of the annular elastic member 50, the portions facing each other in a movement direction, form contact portions 51, 51, and portions of the inner periphery of the annular elastic member 50, the portions facing each other in a direction perpendicular to the movement direction, are provided with separated portions 53, 53. In a state in which the annular elastic member 50 is mounted on the outer periphery of the support section, the maximum distance A between the separated portions 53, 53 is greater than the opening width B between the front ends of the pair of facing walls 65, 65.
