Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of transmission bearings. Disclosed is a cylindrical tiltable sliding bearing, comprising a bearing seat, a static bearing ring and a movable bearing ring, wherein the static bearing ring is mounted in the bearing seat, the movable bearing ring is mounted on the static bearing ring, and an elastic support mechanism is arranged between the static bearing ring and the bearing seat; under the action of the elastic support mechanism, the static bearing ring can tilt in the bearing seat in a radial direction of the bearing; and the elastic support mechanism comprises an adjusting screw and an elastic member, the elastic member being arranged on the static bearing ring, a threaded hole being formed in the bearing seat, a threaded portion of the adjusting screw being arranged in the threaded hole, and a head portion of the adjusting screw abutting against the surface of the elastic member. In the present application, by means of a special elastic support structure, the tiltable bearing is realized while retaining a cylindrical bearing structure, and the tiltable structure can adapt to bending and swinging of a rotor when a unit deviates from a rated working condition, such that bearing load distribution is more uniform; and the integral structure of the bearing is relatively simple and compact, and the bearing is thus suitable for apparatuses with narrow spaces.
