Abstract:
In a cylinder drive device (10), a throttle valve (70) and a second check valve (74) are provided between a switch valve (28A) and a first cylinder chamber (18) of a fluid pressure cylinder (12A). The cylinder drive device (10) has a flow channel unit (30) which is interposed between a manifold (26) and the switch valve (28A), which allows communication between the throttle valve (70) and the second check valve (74) and switch valve (28A), and which communicates with a plurality of holes in the manifold (26) to allow a fluid to flow to the switch valve (28A).
