Abstract:
A cyclone separator, comprising a cyclone generator and a waste collecting box, wherein the cyclone generator comprises a main cylinder body and a flow guide member. The flow guide member is arranged in the main cylinder body, such that a solid-liquid mixture input through an inflow pipe of the main cylinder body is subjected to primary solid-liquid separation between the main cylinder body and the guide member in a cyclone mode. The waste collecting box is arranged at the bottom of the main cylinder body, and is used for enabling solid particles, which have been subjected to the primary solid-liquid separation, to fall into the waste collecting box, and for performing secondary solid-liquid separation in a sedimentation mode. A backflow channel that is respectively in communication with the main cylinder body and the waste collecting box is formed on the flow guide member, such that liquid that has been subjected to the secondary solid-liquid separation flows back to the main cylinder body under the action of a pressure difference, and overflows through an overflow pipe of the main cylinder body after being mixed with a liquid that is obtained after the primary solid-liquid separation. Separated solids can settle at the bottom of the waste collecting box, and separated liquid overflows, thereby realizing solid-liquid separation. The present invention has a good separation effect on solids and liquids, which have a small density difference therebetween, and can be used in tableware washing devices.
