Abstract:
A cyclone and filter combined dust remover, comprising a filter dust removing part and a cyclone dust removing part which are mutually connected into a whole by means of a special-shaped connector (6). The filter dust removing part comprises a filter bag bin body (1), a pipe plate (3), a steam pocket (4), and a blowing pipe (5); the filter bag bin body (1) is of a square cavity structure, and filter bags (12) are placed in the filter bag bin body; the pipe plate (3) is provided inside the filter bag bin body (1) and the filter bags (12) are pressed in the pipe plate; the steam pocket (4) is provided on one side outside the filter bag bin body (1) and is used for storing compressed air; the blowing pipe (5) is provided inside the filter bag bin body (1) and is located above the pipe plate (3). The cyclone dust removing part comprises an inlet bin body (7), an inner cylinder cone (8), an inner cylinder (9), and an ash hopper (10); the inlet bin body (7) is of a cylindrical structure; the inner cylinder cone (8) is provided in the inlet bin body (7); the upper circumferential end of the inner cylinder cone is fixedly connected to the upper circumferential end of the inlet bin body (7); the inner cylinder (9) is fixedly connected to the lower circumferential end of the inner cylinder cone; and the ash hopper (10) is fixedly connected to the lower circumferential end of the inlet bin body (7). The filter bags (12) in the dust remover are small in load, long in service life, low in cost, and energy-saving, the energy consumption of a fan of the dust remover is not increased, and the mounting area is not increased.
