Abstract:
A cycloidal speed reducer, comprising an input part, an output part and a speed reduction part. The speed reduction part comprises a pin wheel (31) and a roller pin assembly (32). A tooth profile motion curve of an outer edge of a cycloidal gear (12) is limited to the pin wheel (31) arranged on the periphery during transmission, and the cycloidal gear (12) is in engagement transmission with the pin wheel (31). The roller pin assembly (32) is composed of several groups of roller pins (321), which are arranged in a roller channel formed between the pin wheel (31) and an inner cavity wall of an outer housing (4), and a retainer (322). The width of two ends where the roller pins (321) are located is not less than that of two ends of each pin wheel (31). Moreover, the retainer (322) at least locates the position of one extending end of each roller pin (321), such that when rolling, the pin wheel (31) drives the roller pins (321) to be fitted between the inner cavity wall of the outer housing (4) to roll synchronously.
