Abstract:

Provided is a cycloid hydraulic motor. The cycloid hydraulic motor comprises a housing, wherein an outer wall of the housing is provided with a first oil port; a rotor-stator pair comprising a rotor, wherein the rotor is provided with a ring groove; and a valve plate, wherein the valve plate is provided with a first surface in contact with the rotor, the first surface and the ring groove define a ring cavity, a plurality of first runners are disposed in the valve plate, one end of each of the first runners is in communication with the ring cavity, the other end of each of the first runners is in communication with the first oil port by means of a first passage disposed in the cycloid hydraulic motor, and the plurality of first runners are constructed such that, in an operation process of the cycloid hydraulic motor, at least one first runner among the plurality of first runners is in direct communication with at least one working gear cavity among a plurality of working gear cavities of the rotor-stator pair. The runner of the valve plate that is used for communicating with the ring cavity and the oil port is in direct communication with the working gear cavity, so that the pressure loss when hydraulic oil flows in or out of the working gear cavity is reduced, and the efficiency of the cycloid hydraulic motor is significantly improved.
