Abstract:
A cutting roller and a paper dispenser. The cutting roller comprises a cutting roller body (100) and a cutter assembly, wherein a cutter groove (110) is recessed in a peripheral wall of the cutting roller body (100); the cutter assembly comprises a cutter rest (200) and a paper-pushing frame (300), which are arranged on the cutter groove (110), and a blade (210) mounted on the cutter rest (200); the paper-pushing frame (300) is provided with a paper-pushing groove (310) in transmission sleeving fit with the blade (210); the paper-pushing frame (300) is slidably arranged in a peripheral direction of the cutting roller body (100) relative to the cutting roller body (100); at least one of two ends of the cutter rest (200) that extend along the cutter groove (110) is provided with a linkage member (220); the linkage member (220) is provided with a swing connection portion and a driven connection portion; and the swing connection portion is rotatably connected to an end face of the cutting roller body (100). The paper dispenser comprises a housing (400), the housing (400) being provided with two side plate seats (410); two ends of the cutting roller body (100) are rotatably connected to the two side plate seats (410) respectively; an inner side face of at least one of the two side plate seats (410) is provided with a cam groove (411); the driven connection portion is in sliding connection fit with the cam groove (411); and the paper-pushing frame (300) can push paper, which is attached to the blade (210), out of the cutter groove (110).
