Abstract:
A cutting apparatus for producing a Tencel fibre composite fabric. The cutting apparatus comprises a device body. A screw rod is horizontally mounted at the position, close to an edge, on the top surface of the device body. One end of the screw rod is connected to an output end of a stepping electric motor by means of a coupling. The surface of the screw rod is connected to a threaded sleeve in a threaded manner, and one end of the threaded sleeve is vertically provided with a connecting rod. One end of the connecting rod is provided with a fixing slot, and a first electric cylinder is vertically mounted at the upper and lower ends of the inside of the fixing slot. A clamping plate is provided at one end of the first electric cylinder. A first vertical plate is vertically mounted at one end of the top of the device body, and first auxiliary rollers are symmetrically mounted on a surface of the first vertical plate. By means of providing the cooperative use of the screw rod, the threaded sleeve, the stepping electric motor, the connecting rod, the fixing slot, the first electric cylinder and the clamping plate, the winding of fabric is facilitated, the apparatus is easily operated in this way, and a traditional means relying on manual pulling is changed, thereby greatly improving the safety performance of the apparatus.
