Abstract:
A cutter structure for cutting a polylactic acid fiber filter rod. The cutter structure comprises a cutter shaft (3) and cutters, the cutters comprising a middle cutter (1) and side surface cutters (2). The middle cutter is circular, and the cutting edges of the side surface cutters are flush with the edge of the middle cutter. The hardness of the middle cutter is higher than the hardness of the side surface cutters, such that the middle cutter is convenient to use for cutting a crystalline tow in the polylactic acid fiber filter rod. Each side surface cutter is detachably arranged on a side surface of the middle cutter and is used for preventing glyceryl triacetate from adhering to the side surface of the middle cutter. In the cutter, by means of coordinatingly arranging the two types of cutters, the high hardness of the middle cutter can prevent damage to the blade caused by collision with random crystallization points in the polylactic acid fiber tow, the side surface cutters protect the middle cutter from being adhered to by glycerol triacetate, and the side surface cutters are detachably arranged to facilitate replacement. The cutter has a simple structure, is highly efficient at cutting the polylactic acid fiber filter rod, and has excellent cutting stability.
