Abstract:
A cutter head structure and an electric shaver. The cutter head structure comprises a shell, a movable cutter and a motion conversion assembly, wherein the motion conversion assembly comprises a connecting rod and a swing frame; the connecting rod is connected to an autorotation member; the shell is provided with a limiting groove; and the autorotation member performs reciprocating autorotation and linear movement in the limiting groove. In the cutter head structure, when the swing frame drives the connecting rod to move, the connecting rod can drive the movable cutter to perform a linear reciprocating motion in a front-back direction, such that hair is cut. Therefore, a motion conversion mechanism with a complex structure and attenuated kinetic energy is omitted, such that the overall structure is simpler, there are fewer parts, and the assembly difficulty and the manufacturing cost are reduced. In addition, the portion of the connecting rod that is hinged to the swing frame is in a suspended state, such that the connecting rod does not come in contact with the shell and cause friction. Moreover, the connecting rod drives the autorotation member to perform reciprocating autorotation and linear motion in the limiting groove, and friction with a wall of the limiting groove during the linear motion is further reduced by means of autorotation of the autorotation member, such that attenuation of the kinetic energy of a cutter head is smaller decreased, and the noise is lower.
