A curved form cutting wire saw machine and a cutting method, the wire saw machine comprising a frame (1), a first cutting roller (2), a second cutting roller (3), a winding roller (4) and a workpiece feeding apparatus; a cutting wire (9) is sequentially wound on the first cutting roller (2), the second cutting roller (3) and the winding roller (4) to form an annular cutting wire (9); the first cutting roller (2) and/or the second cutting roller (3) are used for driving the cutting wire (9) to perform unidirectional circular rotation; the workpiece feeding apparatus comprises a horizontal workbench (6) and a vertical workbench (7), the horizontal workbench (6) being mounted at a top end of the vertical workbench (7); under a feeding movement of the workpiece feeding apparatus, a position to be cut of a workpiece (10) is connected with the cutting wire (9) between the first cutting roller (2) and the second cutting roller (3); the horizontal workbench (6) is used for achieving horizontal feeding during cutting of the workpiece (10); and the vertical workbench (7) is used for achieving lifting feeding during cutting of the workpiece (10).
