Abstract:
A Cu-Al-Mn-based shape-memory alloy molded article according to the present invention has a screw part, wherein the screw part is a thread-rolled part. A method for producing a Cu-Al-Mn-based shape-memory alloy molded article according to the present invention comprises the steps of: molding at least a part of a molded article material by plastic working by means of thread rolling while keeping the crystal structure in an A2-type structure; and subjecting the molded product to a heat treatment so as to change the A2-type structure to an L21-type structure to form a screw part that can exhibit hyperelastic properties. The screw part can be formed with good working properties, and has excellent fatigue resistance properties and breaking resistance properties.
