Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a channel state information (CSI) compression feedback solution based on deep learning. In a large-scale multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system, CSI is crucial for a base station to achieve high performance gain. In a frequency division duplexing (FDD) mode, a user equipment (UE) needs to estimate CSI and then feeds back same to a base station, and effective CSI compression can greatly reduce the cost of feedback. The present invention achieves effective CSI compression and reconstruction by using a neural network having a two-dimensional sequence-to-sequence (2D Seq2Seq) structure. A base station uses CSI data to train the parameters of the neural network, and, after the training is completed, deploys same at a user end and the base station end to achieve effective CSI compression and reconstruction. The present invention can achieve high-precision CSI compression and reconstruction, providing an efficient and stable channel state information feedback method for MIMO systems.
