Abstract:
A cryogenic device (10) comprises: a vacuum container (12); a superconducting coil (14) that is disposed inside the vacuum container (12); a cryogenic freezer (20) that is installed in the vacuum container (12) and cools the superconducting coil (14); a current introduction terminal (30) that is installed in the vacuum container (12) and is connected to the superconducting coil (14); and a condensation water reservoir (44) that is provided at the periphery of an exposed portion of the cryogenic freezer (20) and/or current introduction terminal (30) at a lower side of the exposed portion, which is exposed from the vacuum container (12).
