Abstract:
The present invention relates to a crusher system for ecofriendly waste battery recycling, the system comprising: a first transfer unit (110) configured to receive medium/large-sized waste batteries processed through electric discharge and to transmit a predetermined amount thereof to a punching unit (120) in an inert atmosphere; a punching unit (120) coupled to one side of the first transfer unit (110) and configured to receive medium/large-sized waste batteries transferred therefrom and to puncture the surface thereof in an inert atmosphere; a second transfer unit (130) coupled to one side of the punching unit (120) and configured to receive punctured medium/large-sized waste batteries transferred therefrom and to transfer a predetermined amount thereof to a shear unit (140) in an inert atmosphere; a shear unit (140) coupled to one side of the second transfer unit (130) configured to receive punctured medium/large-sized waste batteries transferred therefrom and to shear-crush same in an inert atmosphere; a fire-extinguishing liquid circulating unit (150) configured to supply a fire-extinguishing liquid to the punching unit (120) and the shear unit (140), to scatter same such that a fire is prevented, to recover an already-used fire-extinguishing liquid, and to reuse same; a selective collection unit (160) provided beneath the shear unit (140) so as to receive crushed medium/large-sized waste batteries and a fire-extinguishing liquid and configured to sort out same and to transfer same to a gunny sack (163) and to the fire-extinguishing liquid circulating unit (150), respectively; and and an inert unit (170) for establishing an inert atmosphere in the first transfer unit to the shear unit (110-140) or in the selective collection unit (160) such that a fire is prevented. Accordingly, the occurrence of a fire can be suppressed during a crushing process, and environment load can be reduced by a fire-extinguishing liquid recirculating mechanism.
