Abstract:
A crusher having a screening function, comprising a frame, a fixed jaw, a movable jaw, an eccentric shaft rod, and a flywheel. The flywheel is connected to the eccentric shaft rod, and the eccentric shaft rod is further connected to the movable jaw; the upper surface of the movable jaw is connected to the movable jaw; the fixed jaw is fixed on the surface layer of the frame; teeth I are provided on an upper surface I of the fixed jaw; teeth II are provided on an upper surface II of the movable jaw; the teeth I and the teeth II are evenly distributed in an array on the surfaces of the jaws in the horizontal direction; the teeth are distributed in a concavo-convex manner; the teeth distributed on the movable jaw and the fixed jaw in a concavo-convex manner have one-to-one correspondence to each other; from the top view of the crusher, the movable jaw and the fixed jaw are staggered in a concavo-convex manner to form a crushing cavity. Setting the gap between the teeth can limit the size of a material to be crushed to the size of the gap, such that a material of the limited size can be crushed and selected.
