Abstract:
A creasing machine, comprising a workbench (1). A feeding mechanism, a pressing roller mechanism and a winding mechanism are arranged above the workbench, and the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding bin. The feeding bin is specifically a feeding rail (2). Baffles (3) are provided on the front and back sides of the feeding rail, and a conveyor track (4) is spread on the surface of the feeding rail; an adsorption unit is provided at the inner part of the feeding rail, and the adsorption unit comprises an air suction port (5); the air suction port is arranged on the conveyor track and the air suction port is connected to an exhaust fan at the inner part of the feeding rail; one side of the feeding rail is connected to a discharge port of an unwinding shaft (6), and the other side is provided with a feeding belt mechanism. The baffles on the feeding rail gradually narrow from the unwinding shaft to the direction of the feeding belt mechanism until same has the same width as a raw material. The adsorption unit absorbs the raw material sent from the discharge port, and the position of the raw material is gradually adjusted under the action of the baffles to a final straightened position so as to prevent staggered misprinting. The adsorption unit ensures the stability of the feeding process, and the baffle position made be adjusted to suit paper of various specifications.
