A crankshaft for a reciprocating compressor and the reciprocating compressor provided with the same. The crankshaft (100) comprises a main shaft (110), a crank (120), and an eccentric block (130). The main shaft (110) and the crank (120) are respectively disposed on two sides of the eccentric block (130), the main shaft (110) and the eccentric block (130) are welded and fixed, and the crank (120) and the eccentric block (130) are welded and fixed.
